At Match maker marine we are disrupting the traditional marine brokerage industry by offering a flexible listing process.

Instead of having a fixed high % based process we offer a couple of options :

Option 1

Matchmaker Lite (Introduction Only)

Target Audience: Experienced boat owners who prefer to handle their own negotiations and showings.

Pricing: $60 per lead commission
Deliverables:

Automated matching via the Matchmaker Marine buyer database.
Direct contact handover once both parties express mutual interest.
Downloadable boat listing documents.
Listing on Boat Sales, YachtHub, Boats On Line, Match Maker Marine

Option 2

Matchmaker Full Service Brokerage

Target Audience: Premium sellers or time-poor owners who want a completely hands-off experience.
Pricing: 3% to 7% (+GST) commission* on the final sale price.
Deliverables:

Complete end-to-end management.
Accompanied physical sea trials and buyer negotiations.
Coordination of independent marine surveys and mechanical inspections. (List of Surveyors & Marine mechanics provided – decision by vendor)
Final legal settlement, clear title verification, and registration transfer.
Listing on Boat Sales, YachtHub, Boats On Line, Match Maker Marine

*Negotiable at time of listing – usually relative to sale price of vessel
